Terms & Conditions
VEYMERE provides prearranged private chauffeur and ground transportation services for airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly transportation, long-distance travel, and private events.
1. Reservations and confirmations
A reservation is confirmed only after VEYMERE issues written confirmation and any required deposit or payment is received. The person making the reservation represents that they are authorized to accept these terms for all passengers included in the booking. Service is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
2. Quotes, deposits, and payment
Unless stated otherwise in writing, quoted prices are based on the itinerary, timing, vehicle, passenger count, and service details supplied at booking. A standard reservation requires a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before the trip begins or on the service date, as stated in the confirmation. Tolls, parking, gratuity, extra stops, overtime, cleaning, or other charges are included only when expressly stated.
3. Changes, waiting time, and overtime
Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price. Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period unless the confirmation states otherwise; waiting time thereafter is charged at $1.50 per minute. Airport waiting time, flight tracking, and meet-and-greet arrangements follow the written confirmation. For hourly service, overtime is subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability and will be communicated before it is charged whenever reasonably possible.
4. Passenger responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate pickup, destination, flight, contact, passenger, luggage, and child-seat information. Passengers must comply with applicable law, wear seat belts, and avoid conduct that is unsafe, abusive, illegal, or damaging to the vehicle. VEYMERE may end service when safety is at risk; charges already incurred remain payable. The client is responsible for extraordinary cleaning or damage caused by the client or passengers.
5. Chauffeurs and service partners
VEYMERE may fulfill a reservation using an employee, independent chauffeur, or qualified affiliate transportation provider. When an affiliate is used, VEYMERE requires the provider to maintain applicable commercial licensing and insurance. Vehicle substitutions of comparable capacity or service level may be made when reasonably necessary.
6. Delays and events outside our control
Travel times are estimates. VEYMERE is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, government action, mechanical emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. VEYMERE will use reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and arrange a practical alternative when available.
7. Cancellations, liability, and governing law
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any stricter written terms disclosed before payment for specialty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEYMERE’s liability arising from an affected service will not exceed the amount paid for that service; this does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
8. Updates and contact
VEYMERE may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version accepted when a reservation is confirmed will apply to that reservation unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
